Adult Classes

Between work and family obligations, many adults struggle to find time for themselves. However, we also realize how important it is to take care of ourselves. Martial arts offers adults a fun way to get in shape, relieve stress, learn self defense techniques, and feel better about themselves. Our adult program is growing quickly, and classes are available 4-5 days a week.
